From a PowerPoint brochure to a website that sells — in two weeks

Edison supplies precision hardware, industrial glues, electronic accessories and automation equipment to factories. Good products, real demand — and a sales process that depended on him sending a slide deck to every lead.

Jujin Plastic Technology before and after — a static PowerPoint brochure replaced by a website where buyers browse products, request quotations and ask on WhatsApp
Before: product information spread across a static slide deck. After: a website where buyers explore the catalogue, request a quotation and ask on WhatsApp.

What was going wrong

There was no website. Every enquiry started with Edison emailing a PowerPoint brochure, then waiting — and the brochure did the selling only as well as a slide deck can.

A brochure cannot be found

A buyer searching for a hardware or adhesive supplier found nothing. The only people who ever saw the products were the ones Edison had already reached.

Forty slides, no way to navigate

Four product families, dozens of items, one long deck. A procurement manager looking for one specific part had to page through everything else first.

No next step inside the brochure

Interested buyers had to leave the PDF, find an email address and write from scratch. Every extra step is a place to stop — and many did.

What changed

In two weeks the brochure became a full professional website. Buyers now browse by category, see detailed product pages, and send a quotation request or a WhatsApp message without leaving the page.

1

A catalogue buyers can navigate

Hardware, industrial glues, electronic accessories and automation equipment each have their own section, with specifications and images on every product page.

2

One message, stated first

“One technical supplier for the whole line.” A factory buyer understands in one sentence why to source several categories from one vendor — before scrolling to a single product.

3

Quotation and WhatsApp on every product

Each product carries a “Request quotation” form that lands in Edison’s inbox with the product already named, plus a WhatsApp button for buyers who just want to ask.

Why it works

A brochure waits to be sent. A website is found, read and answered while you sleep.

Two weeks, start to live

Days 1–3

Structure from the slides

The deck already held the products. We sorted them into four categories and wrote the one-line message.

Days 4–10

Build and product pages

Catalogue, product pages, quotation form to email, WhatsApp buttons — tested on phones first.

Days 11–14

Review, launch, hand over

Edison checked every product, the domain went live, and the brochure retired to an attachment.
